The Department of Labor (DOL) has submitted the following public information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. Description: The Department of Labor requires financial data for the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program administered by States which is currently used from the Standard Form 424 and 424A. The required data are necessary in order to meet statutory requirements prescribed in Pub. L. 100-418, the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 and the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act (Pub. L. 103-182) in accordance with section 250(a) Subchapter D, Chapter 2, Title II of the Trade Act of 1974.
