Thermal Hydraulic Phenomena; Postponement

    A meeting of the ACRS Subcommittee on Thermal Hydraulic Phenomena 
scheduled to be held on August 20 and 21, 1996, at 11545 Rockville 
Pike, Rockville, Maryland, has been postponed to a future date as a 
result of the unavailability of necessary supporting documents. Notice
