ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Sparta-
Tomah Broadcasting Company, Inc., proposing the allotment of Channel
280A to Coon Valley, Wisconsin. The coordinates for Channel 280A at
Coon Valley are 43-42-12 and 91-00-48.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 22, 1997, and
reply comments on or before October 7, 1997.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply
