SUMMARY:

This document allots Channel 271A to Big Wells, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Katherine Pyeatt. See 66 FR 51361, October 9, 2001. The coordinates for Channel 271A at Big Wells are 28-34-05 and 99-32-52. There is a site restriction 2.1 kilometers (1.3 miles) east of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 271A at Big Wells will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
