Missouri; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area (Amendment #3)

    The above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective July 
21, 1995, to include Mercer County in the State of Missouri as a 
disaster area due to damages caused by severe storms, hail, tornadoes, 
and flooding beginning on May 13, 1995 and continuing through June 23, 
1995.
    In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
businesses located in the contiguous counties of Decatur and Wayne in 
the State of Iowa may be filed until the specified date at the 
previously designated location.
    Any counties contiguous to the above-named primary county and not 
listed herein have been previously declared.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
for filing applications for physical damage is August 11, 1995, and for 
loans for economic injury the deadline is March 12, 1996.
    The economic injury number for Missouri is 853400 and for Iowa the 
number is 853900.
