Williams Pipe Line Company; Notice on Technical Conference

August 2, 1996.
    On July 5, 1996, the Commission issued an order \1\ in the 
captioned docket requiring, among other things, a technical conference 
on William Pipe Line Company's (Williams) proposed tariffs and tariff 
supplements. On July 25, 1996, Williams filed a notice pursuant to 18 
CFR 341.13(b) withdrawing the proposed tariffs and tariff supplements 
at issue in this proceeding. Therefore, any technical conference is 
deferred pending review of Williams' most recent filing.
