Correction

    In proposed rule document 96-19563 beginning on page 40161 in the 
issue of Thursday, August 1, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 40180, in the 2d column, in the 1st paragraph, in the 10th 
and 11th lines, ``[insert date 60 days after publication in the Federal 
Register.]'' should read ``September 30, 1996''.
