SUMMARY:

The Commission, at the request of Noe Corporation L.L.C., licensee of station KNOE-TV, NTSC Channel 8, Monroe, Louisiana, substitutes DTV Channel 7 for DTV Channel 55 at Monroe, Louisiana. See 64 FR 43132, August 9, 1999. DTV Channel 7 can be allotted to Monroe at coordinates (32-11-45 N. and 92-04-10 W.) with a power of 5.0, HAAT of 519 meters, and with a DTV service population of 454 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
