Sandoval Energy Corp.; Order Granting Blanket Authorization to 
Import and Export Natural Gas From and to Canada and Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Sandoval Energy Corporation 
(Sandoval) authorization to import and export a combined total of up to 
100 Bcf of natural gas from and to Canada and Mexico. This import/
export authorization shall extend for a period of two years beginning 
on the date of the initial import or export delivery, whichever occurs 
first.
    Sandoval's order is available for inspection and copying in the 
Office of Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
