Correction

    In rule document 99-18291 beginning on page 38528, in the issue of 
Friday, July 16, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 38528, in the first column, in the Dates: section, in the 
fourth and fifth lines, ``travel performed on or after December 31, 
1999'' should read ``travel performed after December 31, 1999''.
