institutions that do not meet capital requirements. The institutions 
must give the OTS 10 days notice before making long-term borrowings. 
OTS uses the information to monitor the safety and soundness of the 
institutions.

    Estimated Number of Respondents: 10.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondents: 4 Hrs. Avg.
    Frequency of Response: 1 per Year.
