Minnesota; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
State of Minnesota, (FEMA-1064-DR), dated August 18, 1995, and related
determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: August 23, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State
of Minnesota dated August 18, 1995, is hereby amended to include the
following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely
affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President
in his declaration of August 18, 1995:
Aitkin, Cass, and Wilkin for Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation
Assistance.
Becker, Beltrami, Clay, Clearwater, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Itasca,
Kittson, Mahnomen, Otter Tail, St. Louis, and Wadena Counties, and
the White Earth Indian Reservation for Hazard Mitigation Assistance.
