AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.
ACTION: Final rule; technical amendment; correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final
rule that appeared in the Federal Register of August 13, 1998 (63 FR
43302). The document amended the regulation that established conditions
under which over-the-counter (OTC) pediculicide drug products (products
used for the treatment of head, pubic (crab), and body lice) are
generally recognized as safe and effective and not misbranded. The
document published with an incorrect address. This document corrects
that error.
EFFECTIVE DATE: September 1, 1998.

is corrected to read ``5630 Fishers Lane, rm. 1061, Rockville, MD
20852''.
