Correction

    In rule document 98-22172, beginning on page 44127, in the issue of 
Tuesday, August 18, 1998, make the following correction.


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 44128, in the first column, under ACE IA E2  Ottumwa, IA  
[Revised], in the fourth line, ``(lat. 41 deg.01'45''N., long 
92 deg.14'33''W.)'' should read ``(lat. 41 deg.01'45''N., long 
92 deg.19'33''W.)''.
