    This action is directed to the public in general. Although this action may be of particular interest to those persons who conduct or sponsor research on pesticides, the Agency has not attempted to describe all the specific entities that may be affected by this action.     EPA has established a docket for this action under docket identification (ID) number EPA-HQ-OPP-2009-1016.     II. EUP

    EPA has issued the following EUP:

    62097-EUP-1. Issuance. Fine Agrochemicals, Ltd., c/o SciReg, Inc., 12733 Director's Loop, Woodbridge, VA Start Printed Page 5369022192. This EUP allows the use of 531 pounds of the plant growth regulator Prohydrojasmon (PDJ), propyl-3-oxo-2-pentylcyclo-pentylacetate, on 780 acres of apples to evaluate plant growth/ripening. The program is authorized only in the States of California, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia. The EUP is effective from August 6, 2010 to August 1, 2012.
