Correction

    In proposed rule document 96-21959, beginning on page 44192, in the 
issue of Wednesday, August 28, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 44192, in the SUMMARY: section, in the 2d column, on the 
18th line, ``$23000,000'' should read ``$300,000.''
