AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 276A to Westcliffe, Colorado,
rather than Channel 257A, as proposed initially, as that community's
first local aural transmission service in response to a petition for
rulemaking filed by Mountain West Broadcasting. See 64 FR 17138, April
8, 1999. Coordinates used for Channel 276A at Westcliff are 38-04-28 NL
and 105-32-13 WL. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
DATE: Effective October 12, 1999. A filing window for Channel 276A at
Westcliffe, Colorado, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the
issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by
the Commission in a subsequent Order.
