    Special Emphasis Panel in Design, Manufacture, and Industrial 
    Innovation; Notice of Meetings
    
        In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-
    463, as amended), the National Science Foundation announces the 
    following meeting.
    
        Name: Special Emphasis Panel in Design, Manufacture, and 
    Industrial Innovation (1194) submitted to the Phase I Small Business 
    Innovation Research Program in the areas of Next Generation 
    Vehicles, Membranes and Catalysis for Fuel Cells, Gas Storage 
    Technologies, and Microelectronics Manufacturing, Flat Panel 
    Displays. In order to review the large volume of proposals, panel 
    meetings will be held on September 30, 1996 in rooms 310, 320, and 
    360, National Science Foundation, 4201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, 
    VA 22230. All meetings will be closed to the public and will be held 
    at the National Science Foundation, 4201 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 
    from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

    proposals. These matters are exempt under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (4) and 
    (6) of the Government in the Sunshine Act.
