Availability of Environmental Assessment for Animal Damage 
Control Activities

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of Availability of Environmental Assessment.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the Salt Lake District, Bureau of 
Land Management has prepared an environmental assessment and decision 
for authorization of animal damage control activities by the Animal and 
Plant Health Inspection Service in the Salt Lake District. Within 30 
days of the printing of this notice, the public has the right of appeal 
to the Interior Board of Appeals, Office of the Secretary, in 
accordance with the regulations at 43 CFR 4.4.
