Acquisitions of Shares of Banks or Bank Holding Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 94-21211) published on page 
44426 of the issue for Monday, August 29, 1994.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond heading, the entry for 
Enterprise Bancorp, Inc., is revised to read as follows:
    1. Enterprise Bancorp, Inc., Landover, Maryland; to become a bank 
holding company by acquiring 100 percent of the voting shares of 
Enterprise Bank, Landover, Maryland.
    Comments on this application must be received by September 12, 
1994.
