Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Filing of Revised Tariff
Sheets
September 6, 1995.
Take notice that on August 31, 1995, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company
(Koch Gateway), tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas
Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to be
effective October 1, 1995:
Seventh Revised Sheet No. 20
Seventh Revised Sheet No. 21
Seventh Revised Sheet No. 22
Fourth Revised Sheet No. 23
Seventh Revised Sheet No. 24
Koch Gateway states that the above referenced tariff sheets reflect
a revision to the unit rate of the Annual Charge Adjustment (ACA)
Clause to be generally applied to interstate natural gas pipeline rates
for the recovery of the 1995 Annual Charges, pursuant to Order No. 472.
Koch Gateway states that this revision authorizes Koch Gateway to
collect $0.0023 per each Mcf ($0.0022 per Mmbtu as converted on Koch
Gateway's system) of natural gas transported applicable to the 1995
Annual Charge assessed Koch Gateway by the Commission under Part 382 of
the Commission's Regulations.
Koch Gateway also states that the tariff sheets are being mailed to
its customers and to interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C.
20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the
Commission's Regulations. All such motions or protests should be filed
on or before September 13, 1995. Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining appropriate action to be taken, but will not
serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person
wishing to become a party must file a Motion to Intervene. Copies of
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for
public inspection.
