    Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd.; Notice of Proposed Changes in 
    FERC Gas Tariff
    
    September 6, 1996.
        Take notice that on September 3, 1996, Wyoming Interstate Company, 
    Ltd. (WIC) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
    the following tariff sheets, with a proposed effective date of October 
    1, 1996:
    
    First Revised Volume No. 1
    
    Fifth Revised Sheet No. 5
    
    Second Revised Volume No. 2
    
    Fifth Revised Sheet No. 4
    Seventh Revised Sheet No. 5
    
        WIC states that the tariff sheets reflect a decrease in the ACA 
    adjustment charge, resulting in a new ACA rate of $0.0019 per Dth based 
    on WIC's 1996 ACA billing.
        WIC requests that the new $0.0019 cent per Dth ACA charge be 
    effective October 1, 1996.
        WIC states that copies of this filing have been served on WIC's 
    jurisdictional customers and public bodies.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, DC. 20426, 
    in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's 
    Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR Sections 385.214 and 385.211). 
    All such petitions or protests must be filed as provided in Section 
    154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by 
    the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
    will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
    person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. 
    Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
    for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
