National states that under Article II, Section 2, of the approved
settlement in the above-captioned proceedings, National is required to
recalculate monthly the maximum Interruptible Gathering (``IG'') rate
and charge that rate on the first day of the following month if the
result is an IG rate 2 cents above or below the IG rate. The
recalculation produced an IG rate of 12 cents per dth.
National further states that pursuant to Article II, Section 4,
National is required to file a revised tariff sheet in a Compliance
Filing each time the effective IG rate is revised within 30 days of the
effective date of the revised IG rate.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in
accordance with Rules 211 or 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214). All such motions or protests
must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's
Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing
are on file with the Commission and are available for public
    inspection.
