SUMMARY:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a planning meeting of the Delaware Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene by conference Start Printed Page 48103call, on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (EDT). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the status of the Committee's draft report on its civil rights project that examined implicit bias and policing in communities of color in Delaware.
