Notice is hereby given that the President's major disaster declaration for the state of Hawaii, dated 08/10/2023, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

Hawaii: Hawaii, Honolulu, Kauai.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
