Manufacturer of Controlled Substances; Application Withdrawal for 
Penick Corporation

    By letter dated August 11, 1994, Penick Corporation, 158 Mount 
Olivet Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07114, withdrew their request for 
registration as a bulk manufacturer of the Schedule II controlled 
substance Methylphenidate (1724).
    Therefore, the notice dated June 22, 1994, in the Federal Register 
(FR Doc. 94-15707) Vol. 59, No. 124 at page 33544 is hereby withdrawn.
