    National Fuel Gas Supply Corp.; Tariff Filing
    
    September 7, 1994.
        Take notice that on August 31, 1994, National Fuel Gas Supply 
    Corporation (National) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
    Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Sixth Revised Sheet No. 5; Fifth 
    Revised Sheet No. 6; and First Revised Sheet No. 6A, with a proposed 
    October 1, 1994, effective date.
        National states that these tariff sheets are submitted to revise 
    its Annual Charge Adjustment (ACA) surcharge authorized by the 
    Commission for Fiscal 1995 to $0.24 per Mcf, or $0.23 per dekatherm 
    when converted to National's measurement basis.
        National states that a copy of this filing was posted pursuant to 
    Section 154.16 of the Commission's regulations, and that copies of this 
    filing were served upon the company's jurisdictional customers and upon 
    the Regulatory Commissions of the States of New York, Ohio, 
    Pennsylvania, Delaware, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
    20426, in accordance with Rules 214 or 211 of the Commission's Rules of 
    Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214). All such motions to 
    intervene or protest should be filed on or before September 14, 1994. 
    Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
    appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make protestants 
    parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
    file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
    Commission and are available for public inspection.
