Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council; Meetings

AGENCY: Sanctuaries and Reserves Division (SRD), Office of Ocean and 
Coastal Resource Management (OCRM), National Ocean Service (NOS), 
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

Action: Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council Open 
Meeting.

SUMMARY: The Advisory Council was established in December 1993 to 
advise and assist the Secretary of Commerce in the implementation of 
the management plan for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.

    Time and place: Friday, September 23, 1994 from 9:00 until 4:30. 
The meeting location will be at the Santa Cruz Harbor Yacht Club, 
244 4th Avenue, Santa Cruz, California.
    Agenda: General issues related to the Monterey Bay National 
Marine Sanctuary are expected to be discussed, including the 
development of a Marine Learning Center at Pier One, Fort Mason, San 
Francisco.
    Public participation: The meeting will be open to the public. 
Seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
