    ACTION: Notice of availability.

    SUMMARY: This notice announces the availability of Advisory Circular 
    (AC) 21-39, the Aircraft Certification Systems Evaluation Program. 
    Advisory Circular 21-39 provides information and guidance concerning a 
    comprehensive evaluation program employed by the FAA in its overall 
    certificate management and continued airworthiness regulatory program.
