Notice of Technical Conference
September 7, 1995.
    In the matter of Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation, UGI 
Utilities, Inc. v. Columbia Gulf Transmission Company and Columbia 
Gas Transmission Corporation.

    In the Commission's order issued on August 2, 1995, in the above-
captioned proceeding, the Commission held that the filing raises issues 
for which a technical conference is to be convened.
    The conference to address the issues has been scheduled for 
Wednesday, September 27, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., and if necessary the 
conference will continue on Thursday, September 28, 1995, at 10:00 
a.m., in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
