Stingray Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas
    Tariff

    September 7, 1995.
Take notice that on September 1, 1995, Stingray Pipeline Company
(Stingray) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1, Fourth Revised Sheet No. 5, to be effective
    October 1, 1995.
Stingray states that the purpose of the filing is to implement the
Annual Charges Adjustment (ACA) charge necessary for Stingray to
recover from its customers annual charges assessed it by the Commission
pursuant to Part 382 of the Commission's Regulations. The rate
authorized by the Commission to be effective October 1, 1995 is $.0023
per Mcf. Under Stingray's billing basis, this rate converts to $.0022
    per Dekatherm.
Stingray requested waiver of the Commission's Regulations to the
extent necessary to permit the tariff sheet to become effective on
    October 1, 1995.
Stingray states that a copy of the filing is being mailed to
Stingray's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory
    agencies.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C.
20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211 of the
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must
be filed on or before September 14, 1995. Protests will be considered
by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken,
but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene.
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
    Lois D. Cashell,
    Secretary.
