MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

    1. Proposed amendments to Regulation M (Consumer Leasing) (proposed 
earlier for public comment; Docket No. R-0892).
    2. Proposed status report to the Congress pursuant to section 
303(a)(3) of the Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act 
of 1994 concerning the Federal Reserve's efforts to streamline its 
regulatory requirements.
    3. Any items carried forward from a previously announced meeting.

    Note: This meeting will be recorded for the benefit of those
