of Proposed Rule
AGENCIES: Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration
(GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
ACTION: Proposed rule; withdrawal.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense, General Services Administration,
and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have decided to
withdraw a proposed rule, FAR case 91-85, Service Contracting, without
further action at this time at the request of the Administrator of the
Office of Federal Procurement Policy. The case implemented Office of
Federal Procurement Policy Letter 91-2, Service Contracting. Service
contracting will be addressed as part of the FAR rewrite. The proposed
rule was published in the Federal Register on July 30, 1992 (57 FR
33702).
