Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Notice of Technical 
Conference

September 8, 1994.
    In the Commission's order issued on July 14, 1994, in Docket No. 
RP94-294-000, the Commission held that the filing raises issues for 
which a technical conference is to be convened. On August 26, 1994, the 
Commission issued an order in Docket No. RP94-294-002 finding that many 
issues raised in that proceeding could best be addressed in such 
technical conference. The conference to address the issues has been 
scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. in a room to 
be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 810 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426.
    All interested persons and staff are permitted to attend.
