Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Co.; Notice of Conference To Discuss 
Settlement

September 8, 1994.
    An informal conference will be held to explore the possibility of 
settlement of the issues raised in the above-captioned proceedings. All 
parties should come prepared to discuss settlement, and the parties 
should be represented by principals who have the authority to commit to 
a settlement.
    The conference will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 1994 at 1:30 
p.m. in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426.
    All parties and staff are permitted to attend.
