Proposed Foreign-Trade Zones--Lancaster, CA; Extension of Public 
Comment Period

    The comment period for the above case, submitted by the City of 
Lancaster, California, requesting authority for a new general-purpose 
zone in the Lancaster (Antelope Valley) area is extended to October 20, 
1998, to allow interested parties additional time in which to comment 
on the proposal.
    Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions 
should include (Original and 3 copies) shall be addressed to the 
Board's Executive Secretary at the address below.
