Incident: Hurricane Isaac.

Incident Period: 08/26/2012 and continuing.

DATES:

Effective Date: 09/06/2012.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/30/2012.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/29/2013.

Primary Parishes: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Assumption, Saint Helena, Saint James, Terrebonne, Washington.

Contiguous Parishes/Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only): Louisiana:

East Feliciana, Iberia, Saint Martin, Saint Mary.

Mississippi:

Marion, Walthall.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
