Notice of Realty Action

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management Interior.

ACTION: Notice of Realty Action, Lease of Pubic Lands in Chaffee 
County, Colorado; COC-55467.

SUMMARY: The following described lands have been examined and found 
suitable for lease under Section 302 of the Federal Land Policy and 
Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1713). Leasing of the land will 
authorize an area for an existing campground development and will allow 
the government to collect fair market rental. The land and prospective 
lessee are as follows:

New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado

T. 49 N., R. 9 E.,
    Sec. 10: SE\1/4\SW\1/4\ (within).

    The parcel contains approximately 0.7 acres adjacent to the main 
campground site. The parcel would be offered noncompetitively to 
Paul Draper of Four Seasons Campground for a term of five years at 
no less than fair market rental. The general terms and conditions 
for leases are found in 43 CFR 2920.7. The lessee would be required 
to reimburse the United States for reasonable costs incurred in 
processing and monitoring the lease, in accordance with 43 CFR 
2920.6.
