North Carolina (and Contiguous Counties in South Carolina);
Declaration of Disaster Loan Area
Mecklenburg, Orange, and Wake Counties and the contiguous Counties
of Alamance, Cabarrus, Caswell, Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Gaston,
Granville, Harnett, Iredell, Johnston, Lincoln, Nash, Person, and Union
in the State of North Carolina, and Lancaster and York Counties in the
State of South Carolina constitute a disaster area as a result of
damages caused by Tropical Storm Jerry which occurred on August 26-28,
1995. Applications for loans for physical damages may be filed until
the close of business on November 9, 1995 and for economic injury until
the close of business on June 6, 1996 at the address listed below:
U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 2 Office, One
Baltimore Place, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30308, or other locally
announced locations.
