    Granite State Gas Transmission, Inc.; Change In Annual Charge 
    Adjustment
    
    September 12, 1994.
        Take notice that on September 7, 1994, Granite State Gas 
    Transmission, Inc. (Granite State) tendered for filing the revised 
    tariff sheets listed below in its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume 
    No. 1, containing changes in rates for effectiveness on October 1, 
    1994:
    
    First Revised Second Revised Sheet No. 21
    First Revised Third Revised Sheet No. 22
    First Revised Second Revised Sheet No. 23
    
        According to Granite State, the revised tariff sheets are submitted 
    to reflect the Annual Charge Adjustment authorized for the 1995 fiscal 
    year in its transportation rate schedules.
        Granite State further states that copies of its filing have been 
    mailed to its customers and the regulatory commissions of the States of 
    Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
    20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
    of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). All such motions 
    or protests should be filed on or before September 19, 1994. Protests 
    will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
    action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
    the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must file a 
    motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
    Commission and are available for inspection.
