NorAm Gas Transmission Co.; Filing

September 12, 1994.
    Take notice that on September 1, 1994, NorAm Gas Transmission 
Company (``NGT'') tendered for filing six copies of the following 
revised tariff sheets:

Third Revised Volume No. 1

Third Revised Sheet No. 4.3

    These tariff sheets are filed in compliance with section 5.7(c) 
(ii) (2) (B), First Revised Sheet Nos. 107 and 108 of NGT's tariff.
    Pursuant to said tariff provision, the proposed tariff sheets 
adjust NGT's cashout balancing revenue credit for the period April 
through June 1994.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest the proposed tariff 
sheets should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 214 and 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214, 385.211). 
All such motions or protest should be filed on or before September 19, 
1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
