Site Test Locations Within the State of Nevada
AGENCY: Department of Energy (DOE).
ACTION: Notice of Extension of Comment Period.

SUMMARY: On Wednesday, August 10, 1994, the Department of Energy
published a Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact
Statement (EIS) for the Nevada Test Site and Other Off-Site Test
Locations within the State of Nevada (59 FR 40897).
Today's notice announces an extension of the comment period on the
proposed scope and content of the Nevada Test Site Environmental Impact
Statement.
DATES: Comments on the proposed scope and content of the Environmental
Impact Statement must be received on or before Thursday, November 10,
1994.
