KN Wattenberg Limited Liability Company; Notice of Proposed 
Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

September 10, 1996.
    Take notice that on September 5, 1996, KN Wattenberg Transmission 
Limited Liability Company (KN Wattenberg) tendered for filing to become 
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, the following 
revised tariff sheets, to be effective October 1, 1996:

Fifth Revised Sheet No. 6

    KN Wattenberg states that these revised tariff sheets are filed to 
revise KN Wattenberg's tariff to reflect the Commission approved Annual 
Charge Adjustment (ACA) factor to be effective on October 1, 1996. The 
effect of this change is to reduce the applicable ACA surcharge to 
$.0020.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file 
a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance 
with Rules 214 and 211 of the Commission's Rule of Practice and 
Procedure (18 CFR 385.214, 385.211). All such motions or protests must 
be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's 
Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
