ACTION: Notice of Deletion of Structural Measures and Closing of the 
Project.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act, 
Public Law 83-566, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service 
Watershed Manual (390-V-NWSM, 2nd ed. 12/92), the Natural Resources 
Conservation Service gives notice of the deletion of all remaining 
structural measures and closing the West Carroll Watershed Project in 
West Carroll Parish, Louisiana effective on August 26, 1996.
