    ACTION: Notice.

    SUMMARY: The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is contemplating 
    entering into a CRADA with E.I. DuPont to assess the occurrence of 
    selected sulfonylurea herbicides in water resources of the midwestern 
    United States.
