Correction

    In notice document 02-23004 beginning on page 57413 in the issue of 
Tuesday, September 10, 2002, make the following correction:
    On page 57413, in the second column, under the heading 
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION, in the 27th line, ``waterwater'' should 
read, ``wastewater''.
