k. Description of Request: APC is requesting Commission approval of a Shoreline Management Plan (plan). The plan would provide guidelines and regulations for shoreline development at Smith Mountain Lake and Leesville Lake. It would also permit APC to permit activities within the project boundary without further Commission approval beyond what its allowed by current license conditions.
