Arkansas Western Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

September 12, 1995.
    Take notice that on September 6, 1995, Arkansas Western Pipeline 
Company (AWP) tendered for filing a corrected hard copy of First 
Revised Sheet No. 4 to its FERC Gas Tariff First Revised Volume No. 1.
    AWP states that the purpose of this filing is to file a corrected 
hard copy of the tariff sheet (originally filed on August 28, 1995) to 
implement for the first time an ACA charge in its rates. Specifically, 
the hard copy of the ACA filing erroneously omitted the word ``any'' in 
the following sentence, which appears at the bottom of the First

Revised Sheet No. 4: ``All rates exclusive of any fuel usage and 
applicable shrinkage of zero percent (0%).''
    Any person desiring to protest the subject filing should file a 
protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North 
Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with 
Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 
CFR 385.211). All such protests should be filed on or before September 
19, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining 
the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make 
protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on 
file with the Commission and available for public inspection.
