Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd.; Notice of Proposed Changes in 
FERC Gas Tariff

September 12, 1996.
    Take notice that on September 9, 1996, Wyoming Interstate Company, 
Ltd. (WIC) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, the 
following tariff sheets, to become effective October 1, 1996:

First Revised Volume No. 1

Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 5

Second Revised Volume No. 2

Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 4

    WIC states that the filing is being filed to correct input and 
format errors contained in its September 3, 1996 ACA filing.
    WIC states that copies of this filing have been served on WIC's 
jurisdictional customers and public bodies.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
