Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of North Carolina (FEMA-1134-DR), dated September 6, 1996, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 11, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as authorized by 
the President in a letter dated September 6, 1996, FEMA is extending 
100 percent Federal funding for direct Federal assistance emergency 
work for the State of North Carolina approved by FEMA through September 
13, 1996.
